# Kirk Fell 19th March 2026

Parked at the green in Wasdale Head , and went up the fell via Black Sail and Kirk Fell Crags . After the activation we went down via Rib End picking up the very loose under foot path below the Napes back down to Moses Trod and the car .

Bright or hazy sunshine all day and light winds , and the activation was done on 2m 70cms and 4m FM.

I also got WOTA to WOTA contacts with Steve G0MDT/P who was on LDW-167 2m and later on LDW-130 70cms.
